Anchorage Museum of Art Expansion

After participating in a market/feasibility study with Manask Associates, Clevenger Associates was engaged by the architectural firm Kumin Associates for design of food service facilities. Food facilities included a self-service public café of 1,000sf, kitchen of 800 sf and 740sf pantry/catering, office and receiving/loading area for the kitchen. The kitchen was full service with Type 1 ventilator, and dishwashing etc.
