The facility serves lunch to 1000-1200 employees in two seating turns in an adjacent dining/auditorium space. Food is offered free as employee benefit so there are no POS stations. Operations are environmentally green: Organic food deliveries are daily, service ware is permanent and trash will be recycled/ composted to the degree permitted by authorities. The facility has approximately 8200 sf of kitchen/servery/dishwash space for which consultant had equipment design responsibility.
