Many architects and clients work with the 3D BIM software Revit. The Clevenger team continues to put a high regard on being reactive to our clients’ needs while staying ahead of the curve of new technology trends. We are proud to have adopted Revit as our design software of choice early in the industry transition and continue to lead the industry.

We pride ourselves on the ability to provide quality 3D design models and help the design process through better coordination, visualization and documentation.

Our team has found the added benefits of reviewing the designs in three dimensions with the client, operator and chef, as these team members are much better able to fully visualize the design, whereas this process is much more difficult in a 2D design process. Depending on the size and scope of the project, our team can also provide 3D-rendered drawings and video fly-throughs as well.
