Meet Eric Norman, Principal and Vice President of Clevenger Associates, a seasoned professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Loras College. With 24 years of extensive experience in foodservice consulting, Eric has played a pivotal role in overseeing projects from conception to completion. Eric brings a diverse skill set to the table, including expertise in schematic and design development, specification writing, project management, flow and function analysis, construction document preparation, and construction administration. His comprehensive approach ensures that every project is executed with precision and excellence. Specializing in the K-12, Restaurant/Bar, and Business & Industry segments of foodservice design, Eric’s insights and strategic vision have made him a trusted leader in the industry.

An active member of FCSI (Foodservice Consultant Society International) since 2000, Eric has contributed significantly to the organization’s growth and development. He co-founded and chaired the Committee for Emerging Consultants (C4EC) and has served on planning committees for numerous conferences and symposiums. Eric has recently assumed the prestigious position of Worldwide President of FCSI in January 2024 after completing his role as Chair of The Americas Division of the society. His leadership and dedication continue to shape the future of foodservice consulting on a global scale.
