With a background rooted in construction, Tim brings a deep understanding of the industry and a comprehensive understanding that spans both building design and project management realms. His experience extends across all aspects of project development, from initial concept through to implementation. Tim’s holistic approach provides him with a broad perspective, allowing him to anticipate challenges and streamline processes effectively. His commitment to innovation keeps us at the forefront of new design technologies, particularly in 3D design and documentation. Tim specializes in Business & Industry, Gaming, and Hotel segments, where his expertise shines brightest. Additionally, he’s an associate member of FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International), currently serving as Chair of the Pacific Northwest Chapter and has served on multiple conference planning committees for the society.
